service in its convenient Des Moines area clinic. The
services provided include artificial insemination (IUI),
in-vitro fertilization (IVF), pre-implantation genetic
diagnosis (PGD), a full range of laparoscopic laser surgery
to treat female reproductive system problems, and tubal
reversal surgery. Mid-Iowa Fertility offers a Cost Sharing
Program that allows qualifying patients to receive up
to three IVF cycles for a fixed fee. If the patient is
not pregnant by the end of the third cycle, they receive
a refund of the majority of their program fee. We also
provides this state-of-the-art care in an environment
that our patients have called friendly, comfortable, professional,
empathetic, encouraging, and superb. At Mid-Iowa Fertility,
the focus is on both achieving the results that patients
want, while never forgetting the needs of the patient
